An Open Letter to Kenneth Branagh

Dear Kenneth,

I have been a big fan of yours for quite some time.

You have made many movies and films. Some of them have been written by William Shakespeare, who wrote lots of plays in the middle ages. Nobody knows who he really is. One of them was called Hamlet and went for many hours because it was Denmark.

You have also starred in many of your own and other people's films. I think that this must be very interesting. Sometimes you write your own films and other times you get Shakespeare to write them for you.

Shakespeare wrote many fine books. One of them was called Hamlet. Another was called Julius Caesar, but that one was not as good because he stole the idea from someone else called Julius Caesar. But Shakespeare was a very good writer.

Another good writer is named Jackie Chan. He wrote a book called "I am Jackie Chan." It is about growing up as a young chinese boy who goes to school and becomes Jackie Chan. Then some other things happen.

Kevin, if you feel like making a film about something that isn't Shakespeare I think you should consider this book. Jackie Chan is considered to be quite a popular actor and could perhaps make some sort of cameo appearance in the film. You could take the story from the book, and follow young Jackie into the chinese ballet where he learns the marital arts. If you don't think me too bold I would like to make a suggestion about who should be the main character.

The greatest and most interesting man in the world is Toby Ziegler from the West Wing and other very good tv shows and films. I would consider him perfect to be the star of this film about Jackie Chan.

Maybe it could be set in the future, but I leave that up to you.
Yours sincerely,
Your Number One Biggest Fan.
